Hate GroupsIn todays alliance where differences between battalion are magnified and everyoneis discussing diversity, tensions between opposite groups are remarkably high. The extreme ofthis tension is brought out in loathe groups. Hate groups play off of the stereotypes of specificpeoples. They use these generalities in their low-spirited and often violent persecution of thosedifferent from themselves. There are many groups that confide in such ways, most of them preaching whitesupremacy. The main closing of these groups is the advancement of the white race by thesegregation of other cultures from society. The Ku Klux Klan (KKK) is plausibly the best knownof these groups. They have been around since the Reconstruction era pursual the Civil War. The KKK was set up to build an all white society based on Christian beliefs. They claim thatthey are not the opposite of non-white, non-Christian people. They believe that all races wouldbenefit from separation from each other becau se everyone would resolve better if they aresurrounded by their own kind. The KKK states Our purpose is to unite, organize, and tamethe white Aryan masses world wide to the dangers that face our race, culture, and Christiancivilization (www.kkkk.net).
